I had always wanted to travel to Australia and to experience the Australian culture and lifestyle. Added to that, was the fact that it was relatively cheaper to do my MBA in Perth when compared with other cities. Perth is a laid back city, where everyone is friendly to one another.

Roan JohnsonRoan Johnson
UK
My name is Roan and I’m from the UK. I chose Perth over Melbourne and Sydney for many reasons: the weather is amazing and my campus is only 15 mins from the beach. Perth and its surroundings have so much to offer. Whether you like sports, dancing, martial arts, sightseeing, bush walking, surfing or just socializing and beautiful Rottnest Island is only a ferry-ride away.

My friends recommended Perth to me as they like the city and in particular, the course in Bachelor of Science are very good
All my units help me to acquire a good programming background and knowledge. The course is very challenging and demanding. It gives me the opportunities to be involved in group projects. In this way, I learn how to work with other people as a team which will be greatly useful in my future work life.
Perth is great! It is a perfect setting for both study and fun. I have been supported by my tutors whenever I needed assistance in a particular unit. It’s a great place to make new friends too, which is very important to help me to adapt quickly to me ‘new independent life’ and makes me forget that I am homesick.
I love the idea of living near the beaches and in Perth, the weather is similar to that in Mauritius. Perth is a good place to study and it’s easy to balance between study and pleasure. I have the opportunity to learn more about different cultures and taste the different kind of foods. In Perth, people are nice and welcoming.
